Do you have a physical store?
Binky Babez ZA is an online store and does not have a physical retail store. We are operating from Durban, South Africa.
Sizing on clothing items?
Please follow the size guide on each item. Should you be unsure about the size options, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Send us an email and we can then clarify if we are able to source it from our supplier before you place an order.

Kindly note the following with regards to Shipping:
There is a flat rate standard shipping of R120 for most major cities in South Africa, however there maybe be an extra shipping cost for outlying areas.
Once your order has been placed online and processed, we will then ship it out to you within 2-3 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
The estimated delivery time is from the date the order is shipped and NOT from the date of the order. Once the order has been sent out via the courier company, a tracking number will be sent to you. We are not liable for any late deliveries, delays or failure to deliver an order.
Once your order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make any amendments to the customer, delivery details or the product.

Yes we do.
Please note the customer is solely responsible for any custom, vat and duty fees that may be incurred. It is essential you pop us an email before placing an order. We will then send you an accurate quote with regards to shipping costs( weight, size dimensions and payment options).

How do I track my order?
Once the courier company has collected your item, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to be activated.

Exchange Policy:
We offer a 7 day return policy on all our full priced items. All returned items must be received no longer than 10 days after items were received by the customer.
Credit will be supplied upon return of the product in its original state with all tags and packaging intact. The item must be unused.
Should a product be defective or damaged , please provide us with photos or videos that clearly show the quality defects of the product as soon as the order is received. We will then replace the defective or damaged product.
In order to process a return, please email info@binkybabezza.co.za with your order number.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to the designated address.
The customer is liable for courier costs.
